Well, word is that the event is on and AB is slated for the second annual Dauphin Island Gumbo Cook-Off on March 26, 2011. Ticket and exact details are still in the works so I will be sure to pass along that info as it becomes available. But save the date if you're in the area or would consider visiting to see AB.

We live near Pensacola. My dad makes better gumbo than any of the restaurants around here. He uses good methods and sound science. If he enters, he'll at make finals easily. That is if...
