Alton Brown in Macy's Turkey Parade
According to my blogging buddy over at the Alton Brown and Good Eats site, AB will be in this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade in the Tom Turkey float.
So will AB have his water cooler filled with brine and his stuffing is evil sign for the big day?
I suppose I'm a Communist or something because I never watch the parade. Truthfully, I'm usually cooking so I don't have time to watch it.

Ok, my secret is out.
FYI, brining and roasting unicorns takes most of the day, that's why I never watch the parade anyway :P
lmao I must be a pinko commie too; I never watch the parade. But I will this year! This will be my first year cooking Thanksgiving Dinner too, so we'll see how that goes! I think I'm going to do a brine with a chicken to make sure I got it right before I "waste" a whole turkey lol
