Alton Brown video for GE: The Middle Years

This promotional video from publisher Stewart, Tabori & Chang explains a bit about the new cookbook from Alton Brown. I have to say watching it was a hoot, AB interviewing himself about the book and getting information wrong was priceless. The other fun part was AB telling "the interviewer" to check his facts and not to call the applications recipes.

I know it was tongue-in-cheek, but I wonder how much of this was rooted in the less than stellar interviews Alton has had over the years. Hey AB, I've got an even better idea on an interview... let me! Then your problem will be solved.



I've heard a lot of folks who ordered through Amazon.com have the book in their collective hot little hands. I, however, am waiting to purchase mine at the book signing in Lexington. So, I must indure a few more weeks sans book.
