AB is for Alton Brown

The 40th Anniversary edition of the Sesame Street cookbook C is for Cooking apparently features a recipe (oops, application) from Alton Brown. The book has 16 kid friendly recipes from celebrity chefs including AB. No idea what his contribution is. I am wondering if this coincides with Alton being on the program later this season?

So the great debate begins, do I purchase this book? Perhaps for my future little ones to enjoy one day... yeah, that's the ticket. I still have my Disney cookbook that I learned to make French Toast from, so who knows this may spark some little one to be the next AB.

Super excited about this! Thanks for posting! My little ones love to help in the kitchen, and even the three year old recognizes Alton when he's on TV. Hoping this will inspire them.

I actually own this book! :) It came out last year (2009 - coinciding with the 40th anniversary), and it includes a chapter with a bunch of different celebrity chef recipes. AB’s is basically just a reprint of his Brown Rice Crispy Bar application from “Power Trip,” with a small photo of him. But I definitely recommend it! Very cute, kid friendly recipes! :)
