Up for grabs is a Staub Square Grill with Silicone Handle just like the one Alton Brown uses in Tender is the Loin 2.I've had many people ask about where to find one of these but until a few days ago had no idea the brand, let alone how to find one. In looking for the perfect item for the great readers of this blog, I stopped on this grill pan and knew it was the item to have for the giveaway!
The giveaway is sponsored by the nice folks at CSN Stores. The grill pan can be found at their allmodern.com store.

If you want an extra chance at winning, tweet this post with a mention to @altonbrowngeeks or link to your blog, Facebook or any other social media, then post the link in the comments along with your name as before.

I have done the philly steak and that was very good. I enjoyed the carpaccio recipe, but have yet to make it. Once grilling season is over and fillet prices drop I will have to think about making the carpaccio.

I didn't see that episode, but I looked it up on the Food Network website. That stuffed tenderloin looks intriguing, but I would stuff it with something other than blue cheese.

Gotta love when he got tackled by his lawyers!! But recipe-wise that carpaccio is fantastic!!

I think the thing I liked the best was the scene at the end at the beach when he makes the Phili Cheese Steak.
I dig the model of the giant grill. I like giant things except for giant scissors-they freak me out.

Alton pulling one over on the Food Network lawyers Itchy and Twitchy by crossing his fingers saying he will never eat the carpaccio.
I love how he shows more ways to cook pork tenderloin. It's one of the few things that I eat and enjoy.

I am not a big fan of blue cheese but that stuffed tenderloin looked delicious and definitely perked my interest to try it even though it has blue cheese.

Hi Alton,
After watching that episode, I finally felt comfortable working with meat.
Thanks for creating Good Eats. In my opinion, it is the best cooking show ever. Your show is without a doubt, informative, entertaining, and fascinating.

I really like the idea of seasoning a filet mignon with cumin...I adore filet, but never would have thought to use cumin. I'm trying it the next time I buy filets!

I keep begging my friends with families (and chest freezers) to buy a PISMO so I can break it down. Aside from Alton getting taken down by the attorneys, I love the butchery information.
