The event with Alton Brown on YouTube will have a Q&A section. The Holiday Solutions page at YouTube from Target (ah, corporate sponsorship) allows people to submit a question in the comments section of their a channel.
Head over there, Holiday Solutions, and ask AB something about Thanksgiving. If I use my username, All About Alton, would he automatically toss that question out? ;)
