Roasted pumpkins seeds are one of the few things I can remember about kindergarden. Our teacher brought in an eletric skillet, we carved pumpkins and made roasted seeds. Guess I've had an unnatural attraction to cooking and food my whole life. ;)
I was thinking about making some roasted seeds this year, when and if I carve up a pumpkin... leaning more toward doing that now. ;)
