Alton Brown will cover pound cake on Monday's new Good Eats episode. I cannot wait to see this because he has an extremely fabulous recipe for pound cake in I'm Just Here for More Food.
I've been making that version since the book came out in 2004.

Just curious.... I saw a dark-haired gentlemen at the Costco in Sandy, Utah today, Monday October 26, 2009, sitting at a table with stacks of books like he was doing a book signing of the new 'Good Eats' book. Who was it? Did I just miss AB? There were other people also asking the management where AB was. Is he doing other Utah appearances? Costco was clueless.

I know of no books signing dates in Utah. But that doesn't mean anything since I'm just a fan like you and have no connection to Alton.
