I missed posting this last weekend because I was on my way to see Alton Brown in Nashville. Tough wasn't it?

I still get a kick out of the fact that the article said he forgot to pack socks. Poor AB... :P LoL!

I thought for sure that either aluminium foil or zip-top bags would be on that list too.
Wow! I just bought a panini press 3 months ago and really felt bad about it because I didn't think I could ever make anything else in it but sandwiches. I made AB's Cuban sandwiches for my mom for Mother's Day and have a tiny apt. and I didn't feel like heating bricks covered in foil in the oven @ 500 degrees for an hour. (sorry Alton) So I bought the press and yes it makes fantabulous sandwiches but now I am dying to know what else I can make with it. Leave it to AB to take a uni and turn it into a multi.
