As we prepare for Turkey Day, here's the next installment of the Alton Brown interviews at Serious Eats. Mmmm... pie. I'm thankful for these great interviews but I'd love to conduct my own for the blog. AB, please, please, please! I'm not beneath begging and whining to get the chance.
